Une nouvelle bre sur le marché qui est produite
selon le même processus que toutes les autres
bres cellulosiques : extraction des protéines de la
graine de soja et extrusion, par voie humide, des
bres protéiniques générées.
La nesse et la longueur de la bre de soja lui
permettent de se combiner parfaitement aux
mélanges à base de coton de haute qualité ( bres
longues).
Le soja est plus chaud que le synthétique et doux
comme de la soie. Il évacue l’humidité et sèche
rapidement. De plus, les tissus tricotés à partir de
bre de soja et de Spandex/Lycra sont confortables
et doux, et sont utilisés pour la fabrication de sous
vêtements, de tee-shirts, d’articles sportswear.
C’est une bre ‘verte’puisqu’elle est à 100%
biodégradable et facilement renouvelable car elle
est fabriquée à partir des restes de la production
d’huile de soja.

Facile à teindre, sa résistance aux ultraviolets est
supérieure à celles du coton, de la viscose et de la
soie.

SOYBEAN FIBER
Soybean Protein Fiber or SPF is a new botanic ber
on the market which is produced with the same
procedure as all other cellulose bers: extraction of
the proteins contained in the soybean seed and then
extrusion by wet spinning of the generated protein
bers.
The neness and the length of the soybean ber
allow it to perfectly combine with mixtures based on
high quality cotton (long bers).
The soybean ber is warmer than synthetic bers
and it is as soft as silk. It evacuates humidity and
dries rapidly. Moreover, fabrics knit from soybean
bers and Spandex/Lycra are comfortable and soft,
and therefore used in manufacturing of underwear,
T-shirts and sportswear.
It’s a ‘green’ ber because it is 100% biodegradable
and easily renewable because it is made from the
soybean cake after oiling by new bioengineering
technology.

Meeting people’s skin, the amino
acid in soybean protein can activate the collagen
protein in the skin, resist tickling and evaporate the
skin. Bacteria resistant elements are integrated in
the ber’s molecule chain, which gives good anti-
bacteria function.
Good colour fastness, its anti-ultraviolet is superior
to that of cotton, viscose and silk bers.

SOJAFASER
Die Sojafaser ist neu auf dem Markt und wird
im gleichen Verfahren gewonnen, wie andere
Zellulosefasern: Herauslösung der Proteine aus der
Sojabohne, Nass-Spinnen zu Sojafasern.
Die Feinheit und Länge der Sojafaser erlauben ihr,
sich mit Gemischen aus hochwertiger Baumwolle
perfekt zu mischen. (lange Fasern).
Soja ist wärmer als Synthetik und weich wie Seide.
Es absorbiert Feuchtigkeit und trocknet schnell.
Außerdem sind aus Sojafasern und Spandex/Lycra
gestrickte Sto e komfortabel und weich und wer-
den zur Herstellung von Unterbekleidung, T-Shirts
und Sportbekleidung benutzt.
Es ist eine umweltfreundliche Faser, da sie 100 % ig
biologisch abbaubar und leicht erneuerbar ist, weil
sie aus den Resten der Ölproduktion hergestellt
wird.

Die Aminosäuren und die Pektine
des Sojaproteins sind für gut für die Haut. Sie
haben auch antibakterielle Eigenschaften. Leicht
zu färben. Der UV-Schutz ist höher als der von
Baumwolle, Viskose und Seide.

NB: Vorsicht, Menschen mit einer Sojaallergie
können auch gegen Sojatextilien allergisch sein.
